Reverse: Along the rim, on top: "Le Mans 1906", and at the bottom: "100th Anniversary of the First French Automobile Club Grand Prix". In the center, inside an older racing car's steering wheel are shown an historic racing car, two automobile dash board instruments, and "RF" for "French Republic".

Obverse: In the center, the steering wheel of a modern racing car, with the design of the circuit at Magny Cours. On top, "Magny-Cours", and the year of issue. At the bottom, the face value.
