Family Traditions - The Wedding
Part of the “Belarus and the World Community” Series, this brilliant uncirculated 2006 coin introduces The Wedding, the first in the "Slav's Family Traditions" Series.
Reverse: In the center, a round loaf with wedding rings, decorated with a diadem of flowers. The background is made of honeycombs and a wedding rushnik. Along the rim, at the bottom “Wedding”.
Obverse: At the top, a relief effigy of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus, and the inscription “Republic of Belarus” along the rim. In the center, two birds perched on branches of the tree of life and a stylyzed shamrock – a symbol of happiness and family well-being. Along the rim at the bottom, the year of issue and the face value.
