Alice in Wonderland, a 2007 20 roubles silver coin from Belarus.

Part of the “Tales of the World’s Nations” Series, this coin introduces Alice in Wonderland, the well-known character from the English author Lewis Carroll (1832 - 1898). The coin features a red heart-shaped zircon symbolizing the Queen of Hearts. Alice is shown holding a small white rabbit in her hands.

All the coins in this series are wonderfully detailed and share the same obverse, featuring a boy and a girl sitting on the moon under a starry sky, holding an opened book.
